Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment, any appointments canceled with less than the required notice or any no call/no shows will automatically have a charge processed for 50% of the appointment. The system will automatically process this fee when this occurs.
*Nov 1st - Jan 1st any appointment no showed is 100% of the service scheduled as we have waitlists and these spots are valuable.*
